Full Blue Racing host Accenture Event
November 19, 2011Full Blue Racing have held their first sponsor event of the year, hosting an Accenture talk in the engineering department. The event, with nearly 40 attendees from the engineering department and others gave Accenture the opportunity to run a workshop on interview skills. This was found to be highly informative and entertaining by all of those present. The attendees also got the opportunity to talk about the consultant business and the graduate opportunities to work at Accenture.
Following the event, the speaker Janak and core team members stayed for a drink and a chat in browns in order to discuss the new FBR ‘advisory board’, which will consist of the major stakeholders in the team; sponsors, alumni and the department. Learning skills from sponsors is another great way of them being able to value add to the team and we are looking to make the most of our sponsors in this regard this year.
